Reporting a marketplace listing
For ordinary product reports, signed-in users can use Report this listing on the listing page. That queue helps us investigate quickly, but a marketplace report is not automatically treated as a complete statutory takedown notice.
Copyright takedown notice
A formal notice should be sent to the designated copyright contact above and should include enough information to identify and evaluate the claim, including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list when appropriate.
- Identification and location of the material claimed to be infringing, preferably including the Electric Shaka Lights listing URL.
- Your name and reasonably sufficient contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Do not knowingly make false infringement claims. This page is operational policy text and must receive final legal review before public launch.
What happens after a notice
We may investigate, disable or remove access to reported material, preserve relevant records, contact the uploader, and take other appropriate action. Our admin tooling supports immediately hiding a public listing while a complaint is resolved.
Counter-notice
If material is removed in response to a formal copyright notice and the uploader believes the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, the uploader may contact the designated agent for the counsel-approved counter-notice procedure. A complete counter-notice generally requires identification of the removed material and its prior location, contact/jurisdiction statements required by applicable law, a statement under penalty of perjury regarding mistake or misidentification, and a signature.
Repeat infringement
Electric Shaka Lights may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may restrict publishing privileges while rights complaints are investigated. Final thresholds and reinstatement rules are subject to the launch legal review.
