Terms of Service

1. Your audio
You retain your rights in audio you provide. You grant the service only the limited permission needed to receive/process private input, analyze it, generate your requested light-show files, provide private previews/exports, and operate the service under the final retention policy.
2. Music rights
You may provide only audio you own or are authorized to use for your intended purpose. Buying a track, subscribing to a streaming service, or receiving a light-show sequence does not by itself grant composition, master, synchronization, redistribution, public-performance, commercial, or other music rights. Those rights remain your responsibility.
3. Apple services
Apple Music/iTunes links, library features, and any referral attribution are separate from the light-show license. Apple Music playback is for listening through Apple’s permitted interfaces and is not the synchronized audio source for the vehicle preview/generator.
4. Subscriptions and credits
Plans and credit packs purchase generation capacity and platform features, not songs or music licenses. Subscription credits are granted under the current plan and may be subject to rollover caps; purchased credits are tracked separately. Successful generations consume reserved credits. Terminal generation failures are refunded under the implemented billing policy. Published prices/allowances may change prospectively subject to applicable law and customer notice.
5. Private projects
User uploads and generated project files are private by default and are not automatically submitted to the public community. Public sharing requires a separate deliberate action.
6. Sequence-only community listings
A sequence-only listing intentionally omits the referenced song audio. The download contains light-show sequence data, metadata, and instructions. A creator-selected sequence permission applies only to the light-show sequence to the extent the creator has rights to grant; it never licenses the referenced composition or sound recording.
7. Creator publishing
By publishing, you represent that you may publish the sequence under the selected permission and that the metadata you provide is accurate. Paid song-specific sequence-only listings are not enabled in this release. Full packages containing music require separate rights review and verification.
8. Generated files
AI-assisted output may not receive identical copyright protection in every jurisdiction or under every level of human contribution. Any contractual permission is limited to rights the platform or creator actually possesses. A “validated” label means structural file-format checks passed; it is not a guarantee of vehicle behavior or safety.
9. Copyright complaints
Public launch will include a copyright/DMCA notice-and-takedown process and repeat-infringer policy. The service may disable or remove content when appropriate.
10. Safe use
You are responsible for using light shows safely and lawfully. Do not run shows where prohibited, unsafe, disruptive, obstructive, or illegal, and use caution around photosensitive viewers. Optional vehicle closures can create wear or hazards and remain conservative by default.
11. No Tesla affiliation
This service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla names are used only to describe compatibility.
12. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Final consumer terms, refund rules, limitations of liability, dispute terms, tax language, and governing law require counsel review before launch.
