What we store
Account email and display name, uploaded source audio, song selection and generation settings, project status, normalized audio, preview data, FSEQ files, ZIP packages, and purchase records when applicable. Authentication/session cookies, security logs, technical request data (including IP addresses), and error records help us operate the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.
How uploaded audio is used
Source audio is processed to decode and normalize the recording, analyze musical timing and structure, generate the requested sequence, provide synchronized playback, and build the export. It is not automatically published, sold, or submitted to a marketplace.
Private storage
Source audio and generated project artifacts are stored in user-scoped paths and served through short-lived signed URLs. Public access requires a separate deliberate publishing workflow.
Demo recordings
The app also provides operator-supplied demo audio. Choosing a demo creates the same private project artifacts but does not require the user to upload a file.
Deletion
Deleting a project deletes its user-scoped source and generated files. You can permanently delete your entire account — all projects, uploaded and generated audio/files, and your account record — at any time from the Account page. Wait for active generations to finish before requesting deletion. The app confirms completion only after its deletion steps succeed; if a step fails, retry or contact us. Completed deletion cannot be undone. Financial and transaction records are retained for accounting and fraud prevention and can still contain transaction identifiers and the former account ID. Moderation records may also be retained; your identity is removed from reports you filed. Service-provider logs, backups, and legally required records may remain under their retention schedules. Copies previously downloaded by other people cannot be recalled. Keep a local copy of shows you want to preserve; the service is not a permanent archive.
Payments
Card details are handled by Stripe; the application does not receive full card numbers.
Service providers and AI
Google Cloud and Firebase provide hosting, storage, and authentication. When enabled, OpenAI or Google Gemini processes musical analysis and generation settings to plan your show; an audio-capable generation mode may also send the recording to its AI provider. Processing can take place outside your country. These providers receive data needed for their functions and process it under the applicable service terms. We do not sell your uploaded audio or use it to train our own general-purpose AI model. We may also disclose information to comply with law, investigate abuse, or protect users and the service. Public listings expose the metadata and files you deliberately publish; a sequence-only listing does not include your song audio.
Anonymous usage counts
Separately from Google Analytics, our own server keeps daily totals of how the site is used: how many times each kind of page was viewed, which page a visit started on, the kind of source it came from (for example a search engine, a social site, or the campaign tags utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign of the link), the host name of the referring site, a device class (phone, tablet, desktop or car), and how many times a shop step happened (for example a checkout started or a free download). These are counters, not records of visits: no cookie or other storage is set on your device, and no IP address, account, device identifier, full web address or browser string is stored with them, so they cannot be linked to you.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is blocked until you opt in. If allowed, it receives privacy-reduced page views, approximate location, and browser/device information through a first-party Analytics cookie. It also receives the marketing campaign tags of the link you arrived from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term only) and shop and site events: a product list viewed, a checkout started, a purchase (product, price, currency and an order reference number), a contact message sent (its topic only), a free download started, and a sign-up. Names, email addresses and message text are not sent. Project and marketplace identifiers, other query strings, song names, filenames, audio, and account identifiers are not sent by this integration. Advertising storage, Google signals, and ad personalization remain disabled. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to decline or withdraw consent and remove Analytics cookies for this site.
Your choices and contact
You can review your projects, delete projects or your account, and change analytics consent in the app. For access, correction, a copy of your data, or another privacy request, use the contact on Help. We may verify your identity before acting. Your available rights depend on your location; you may also contact your local data-protection authority. We keep this policy dated and will notify you of material changes as required by law.
